"Works well, app excellent for viewing but cannot download from there. However you can just go onto the picento website, log in, and download from there. You can do this with your phone browser as I just did."

"I have been using the app and Picento photo services on our visits to Blackpool for the last 4-5 years. The app works seamlessly and does exactly what i want. Despite other reviews, i have never had a problem with downloading the full size photos and have also been able to share through a variety of other apps. If you sign up for an account it is also easy to view the photos via a web browser, or this can also be done using the bar code provided at the time of purchase. My kids love getting their photos done at Blackpool Pleasure Beach and there are always subtle changes which mean the photo opportunities on offer change each time we visit. All of the Picento staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the app and the photo services on offer."

"I was told when I bought this package that I could save all the photos....the lady showed me how to do that, I paid, had a great day at the park.....but now the only place I can see the photos is in the app. When I go to 'mydrive' it just shows a url, there is no photo. I've just wasted my money and feel completely conned. My daughter will be so upset when she discovers I can't actually find a way to get the photos onto my laptop to print them for her :("
